Founded in 1995 by Engr. Hector S. Sanchez, S.C. Megaworld began as an electrical contracting company in Multinational Village, Parañaque City. Capitalizing on opportunities during the economic boom under President Ramos, the company expanded its operations and secured contracts in the CALABARZON region. Notable projects include the renovation of Pepsi Cola, Sunward, Fujitsu, Avon, Integrated Device Technology Incorporated, Readrite, and GMA 7.

 

In 1996, S.C. Megaworld diversified into civil works, starting with the M Building in EDSA, Pasay. Over the years, the company successfully completed a diverse range of projects, including the Department of Finance, Yasaki Torres, Hitachi, Amvel, The Medical City Hospital Clark, Banko Central ng Pilipinas, Glass House of International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), Philippine Genome Center, Robertson Mall, and Colours Town Center, showcasing 29 years of continuous knowledge and expertise.
